30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your Veralo purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In its original packaging
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at contacto@shopveralo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
